30 days! Time is passing so fast! CANNOT WAIT! ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM!!!! Seems there is so much to look forward to these days! Especially physical therapy and the hope that someday there will be menopause! GRRR!
I love the new look of your blog, by the way! Emily will listen to what has gone on with you, and then (this is what she did with me) evaluate your range of motion, then she'll do her magical massage, then she'll teach you some exercises. And the exercises actually HELP! Imagine that! I am POSITIVE that after the car wreck I would have ended up with neck surgery if it hadn't been for Emily's knowledge and talent.
The hot flashes are yucky. You will be sitting comfortable as can be the next you know, you're are dripping with sweat, and go outside when it like 16 degrees, and it feels great. Also, going down the freeway 75 miles an hour, and you want to open the window and stick your head like a dog.
